The Go1Pay card functions similarly to standard debit or credit cards, with some important details to keep in mind for smooth transactions. Let’s review how to use it correctly.

Updated today

Prerequisites

  • Access to your Go1Pay virtual card details (card number, CVV, expiration date, and billing address)

  • A website or merchant that accepts card payments

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Retrieve Your Go1Pay Card Details
Access your virtual Go1Pay card information. Take note of the card number, CVV, expiration date, card type, and the provided billing address.

  2. Select Go1Pay as Your Payment Method
On the merchant’s checkout page, choose to pay with a credit or debit card.

  3. Enter Card Information
Input your Go1Pay card number, CVV, expiration date, and card type as required.

  4. Provide the Correct Billing Address
Enter the exact billing address associated with your Go1Pay card.
Tip: Be sure to use the billing address provided by Go1Pay. Do not substitute it with your organization or company code, as this could cause your transaction to be declined.

  5. Complete the Purchase
The merchant will authenticate your payment details. Approval of the transaction generally depends on confirmation that the billing address matches the one on your virtual card.
Note: Some merchants may not require a billing address; merchant requirements vary.
