Background
The Go1 and Totara integration surfaces Go1's content library directly within your Totara learning management system. Learners can discover, launch, and complete Go1 content natively inside Totara, with completions tracked and recorded back to Totara in near real-time.
Key Features:
Content browsing: Browse and curate Go1 content from directly within Totara
Automatic content sync: Content is pushed to your Totara catalogue on a schedule, or trigger a sync manually at any time
Completion tracking: Learner completions are captured via webhook and recorded in Totara without manual intervention
Rich content metadata: Descriptions, durations, skills, and topics are surfaced alongside each content item
Content decommissioning: When content is retired from Go1, the integration manages the decommissioning workflow to keep your Totara catalogue current
