The Go1 integration with HiBob simplifies content delivery and management while enhancing learner engagement by providing organizations with seamless access to Go1’s learning content library directly within the HiBob Learning module. Go1’s selective vetting of high-quality content, combined with HiBob’s real-time analytics, ensures that employees receive engaging, effective training while managers can easily track progress and outcomes. This keeps learning aligned with business objectives and helps organizations scale their L&D programs more efficiently.

By integrating Go1 with HiBob Learning, companies can seamlessly transfer course metadata, such as titles, links, progress, and completion status, directly into the Bob platform.

Note: the project team must have permission to HiBob Learning via a permission group or be System Admins to perform these actions.

If using the HiBob guide, select the New Go1 customer header under Step 1.

Once you complete Step 1, inform your Go1 point-of-contact this has been completed for them to provision your full Library.

Content that is in your Go1 Content Library is what will be synced into Bob Learning. You can either wait until the overnight sync, or manually resync intraday by going to your Bob System Settings for the Go1 Integration and selecting resync from Go1.

This applies to any time you make changes to your Go1 Library (additions/removals/retirements).

Following which, resync from Go1 on the Go1 Integration setting page, under System Settings.

From there, your content will be accessible in a collection in your HiBob Learning. You can manage this with support from this HiBob article on the topic.

Pro tip: Adjust the audience of your Go1 collection until you’re ready to launch more broadly. You can create other collections and add Go1 content by creating the collection under Settings, and then adding content from your Manage Learning page. Once you’re ready to go-live, adjust the audience so learning and collections are discoverable.

While single sign on isn't required, it is highly recommended to make accessing learning seamless for your learners. We can support SSO with Microsoft Entra (more here), or through SAML protocol (more here).

Pre-work: On your dedicated Go1 portal, create the API keys required on the Bob side during integration setup. Steps to follow can be found here.

Once you have followed the steps on HiBob, inform your Go1 point of contact in order to complete the configuration. They will ask you for the client ID created in the pre-work step above.

Note: If this step is not completed, enrollment progress will not be reflective in Bob Learning.
