March 30th - New Prospect Experience Patterns for Distribution Partners

We've published two new integration patterns to help distribution partners better support potential customers on their Go1 journey — from first discovery through to active trial.

👀 Preview Pattern Partners can now offer prospects a window into the Go1 catalog and a taste of the Learn experience. Content cannot be previewed, downloaded, or consumed — this is designed for awareness, not access. It's ideal for customers who are just beginning to explore their L&D options.

🧪 Trial Pattern Partners can now enable a 2-week sample of Go1 Premium with the full integrated flow. Content can be previewed, synced to the LMS, and consumed by a small group of admin users — giving prospects a hands-on feel for Go1 before committing.

⚠️ Partners will need to uplift their integration to take full advantage of these new patterns.

✅ Full Plans Support The integration fully supports Go1 Plans for Premium Essentials and Premium Essentials Plus, ensuring accurate provisioning and lifecycle management.

📅 What's Next Support for Essentials Select 10 & 25 is on the way, along with workshops and Q&A sessions to help customers get the most out of the integration.

February 26th - Paycor Partnership Now Live

Go1 is now fully integrated with Paycor — giving Paycor customers a seamless way to discover and access Go1 content within their LMS.

⚡ Automated Content Sync Content added to your Go1 Library is automatically synced into your LMS — no manual steps required.

✅ Full Go1 Learn & Plans Support The integration fully supports Go1 Learn, Plans, and Essentials Select SKUs, with automated course retirement and enrollment completion tracking built in.

📅 What's Next We are actively migrating existing customers to the latest version of the integration, with the previous version targeted for retirement by the end of FY26.

February 25th - Uplifted LearnUpon Integration Now Live

Our upgraded integration with LearnUpon is now live — bringing real-time search, Select SKU support, and better customer tracking to the LearnUpon experience.

🔍 Real-Time Search & Discovery The search experience within LearnUpon now connects directly to Go1's Search APIs. As content is added or removed from a customer's subscription, results update in real time — with filters for language, region relevance, and import status.

🧩 Essentials Select Support LearnUpon customers can now leverage the Essentials Select SKUs. A course import counter in the LearnUpon interface shows how many courses remain in their Select allocation, and the integration prevents customers from exceeding their contractual limits.

📅 What's Next All historical LearnUpon customers will be migrated onto Plans to ensure full visibility into customer health and opportunity. A trial flow for converting prospects into paying customers is also targeted for release this quarter.

Partner integrations can now subscribe to this webhook to receive real-time notifications when a Go1 course has a scheduled decommission date. This allows you to proactively notify users and manage content changes before they happen.

💡 Why This Matters
Unexpected content removals can disrupt the learning experience. With this new webhook in place, your platform can surface decommissioning notices early—giving customers more time to respond and reducing frustration.
