September 22nd - Bulk uploader supports new accessibility fields and ability to upload closed captions and transcripts
You can now include accessibility metadata when uploading and updating content in bulk. Here's what's new:
Indicate whether your content has the following accessibility features:
WCAG Level: Specify which WCAG standard your content compliant with
Closed captions: Indicate if your content has closed captions
Transcripts: Indicate if your content has a transcript
Screenreader compatible: Indicate whether your content is screenreader compatible
Upload closed captions and transcripts for new and existing content, and indicate what language your captions and transcripts are in
This ensures your content is more accessible to learners and supports compliance requirements in the EU.

August 26th - File name included in metadata exports
When you export metadata from the Content Manager, you’ll now see that the File name column in the CSV contains the original media file name of the content you've uploaded.
Here’s what you can expect based on content type:
Video: Original file name included for new and existing content.
Interactive: Original file name included for new and existing content.
Audio: Original file name included for new content.
Document: File name is system-generated for existing content. The original file name is included for new documents uploaded from September 22nd onwards.
This update makes it easier to reconcile your content with content uploaded on Go1, and can help you identify any duplicate media files you may have uploaded.
July 28th - Content manager table

This gives you:

The ability to submit multiple items to Premium in bulk
New filters to help you quickly find the content you need – including Premium status, language, type, duration, and topic
A refreshed layout with updated labels and improved readability

June 3rd - Auto-publishing content submitted to Premium
Content submitted to Premium is now automatically published – ensuring your content will be immediately visible to customers and learners once approved in the Premium library.
Previously, some content was submitted to Premium while still in draft mode, which meant it remained hidden from customers, even after being approved and added to the Premium library.
To fix this, we’ve made a change: when you submit content to Premium for review, it will now be automatically published if it hasn’t already been. This ensures your content is available to customers as soon as it’s approved.
No extra steps required – just submit to Premium, and we’ll handle the rest.
