When Documents can be downloaded
Some learning content in Go1 includes downloadable documents — for example:
Worksheets, templates, and workbooks designed for offline use designated by our Premium Content provider partners.
Your User Generated Content you upload into Go1.
When a document is downloadable, you will see a Download button in the top right corner of the Player, as shown below.
When Documents cannot be downloaded
To protect the intellectual property of content partners and comply with licensing agreements, most Premium content documents are view-only by default.
Documents that cannot be downloaded include:
E-books and reading materials not marked as downloadable.
Partner-provided PDFs intended only for in-platform use.
User-generated content (UGC) uploaded by your organization will still have a Download option unless the uploader or admin disables it.
What to do if you expect to download a document
If you believe a document should be downloadable, but do not see the option:
Reach out to your Go1 Customer Success Manager or Administrator. They can confirm whether the document is intended to be downloadable, and escalate the request to help you get what you need.

FAQs
Q: Why don’t I see a Download button for a document?
Not all documents are designed to be downloaded. Only those marked by the content creator (e.g., worksheets, templates), and user generated and uploaded content will show the Download button.
Q: Can Go1 make a specific document downloadable for my team?
For some, yes if it’s appropriate. Contact your Go1 CSM to review your request.
Q: Will I need to delete documents I downloaded in the past?
No. If deletion is ever legally required, Go1 will contact you directly with next steps.
