Brand your Go1 Learn portal

Premium Pro customers can apply your organization's logo, colour, and banner to your Go1 Learn portal.

Updated today

Portal branding lets you apply your organization's visual identity to Go1 Learn, so learners recognize the platform as part of their workplace experience. This article explains what you can brand and how to get started.

Note: Portal branding is available exclusively to Premium Pro customers. Contact your Customer Success Manager to find out more about upgrading your plan.

What you can brand

When portal branding is enabled, the following elements of Go1 Learn reflect your organization's identity:

  • Logo — Your logo replaces the Go1 logo in the main navigation

  • Highlight colour — Your brand colour is applied to buttons, links, active states, and progress indicators

  • Banner image — A branded image displays in the learner homepage header

Go1 branding remains visible in footers, system messages, and email notifications.

How to set up your branding

Currently, portal branding needs to be set up by Go1 on your behalf. To get started, contact your Customer Success Manager and provide the following:

1. Your highlight colour

Provide your brand hex code — a 6-character code that represents your colour (for example, #0055FF).

Go1 will use this to generate an accessible colour palette that meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast standards. This palette is applied consistently across buttons, links, and other interactive elements throughout Go1 Learn.

Tip: Most brand guidelines include a primary hex code. Check with your marketing team if you're not sure which colour to use.

2. Your banner image

The banner appears in the header of the learner homepage. To ensure it displays correctly, your image must meet these requirements:

  • Format: PNG or JPG

  • Dimensions: 4:1 ratio — for example, 1584 × 396 pixels

  • File size: Maximum 50 KB

  • Content: Imagery only — avoid text overlays, as these won't scale correctly on mobile

Go1 will check that the banner meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and adjust contrast if needed before applying it.

3. Your logo

Your logo is uploaded directly in MyGo1 — you don't need to send this to your CSM. When portal branding is enabled, Go1 will hide the Go1 logo in the main navigation and display your organization's logo in its place.

To add or update your logo in MyGo1, see Upload your organization's logo (MyGo1).

Your logo should be in square format (1:1 ratio) — for example, 200 × 200 pixels — and saved as a PNG or JPG file.

What happens next

Once you've shared your hex code and banner image with your Customer Success Manager, Go1 will apply your branding and confirm when it's live.

Coming later in 2026: Portal branding will become self-serve. You'll be able to upload your logo, banner, and select your colour directly in Go1 Learn - no need to contact your CSM.
