Portal branding lets you apply your organization's visual identity to Go1 Learn, helping learners recognize it as part of their workplace experience.
Portal branding is self-service. Administrators can manage it directly from Settings > Portal Branding in Go1 Learn.
Before you begin
You need Administrator access to manage portal branding.
The branding options available depend on your plan:
All plans: Organization logo
Premium Essentials and Premium Pro: Logo and homepage banner
Premium Pro: Logo, homepage banner, and accent color
Options that are not included in your plan remain visible but locked. The page shows which plan is required.
Portal branding applies to standalone Go1 Learn. It does not apply to embedded experiences or APIs.
What you can brand
Logo — Your organization's logo appears in the main navigation.
Banner image — A branded image appears in the learner homepage header.
Accent color — Your selected color is applied to buttons, links, active states, and progress indicators.
Go1 branding remains visible in areas such as footers, system messages, and email notifications.
Set up your portal branding
Sign in to Go1 Learn as an Administrator.
Select Settings.
Select Portal Branding.
Configure the branding options available with your plan.
Save your changes.
Add your organization's logo
Upload a square logo that meets these requirements:
Format: PNG or JPG
Dimensions: At least 200 × 200 pixels
Aspect ratio: 1:1
File size: Maximum 5 MB
Your logo appears in the main navigation after you save it.
Add a homepage banner
Premium Essentials and Premium Pro customers can upload an image for the learner homepage header.
Use an image that meets these requirements:
Format: PNG or JPG
Dimensions: 4:1 ratio, such as 1600 × 400 pixels
File size: Maximum 5 MB
Content: Imagery only
Avoid adding text to the image, as it may not display correctly across different screen sizes.
Add a player image
Premium Pro customers can upload a custom image to create a more branded player experience. The image appears in the Go1 Player before learners start content and when they return to resume playback.
Use an image that meets these requirements:
Format: PNG or JPG
Dimensions: 16:10 ratio
File size: 10MB
Choose an accent color
Premium Pro customers can select an accent color or enter a six-character hex code, such as #0055FF.
Go1 applies the color you choose to buttons, links, active states, and progress indicators. Check that your chosen color provides sufficient contrast with surrounding text and backgrounds before saving it.
Update or remove branding
Return to Settings > Portal Branding whenever you need to replace or remove a branding element.
If an option is locked, it is not included in your organization's current plan. The page shows which plan is required.
