Admins can now create, edit, and publish courses directly in Go1 Learn, making it easier to build high-quality learning experiences without switching back to MyGo1. Here’s what’s new:

Search and filter Go1’s content library or reuse content you’ve already uploaded, so you can quickly add items to courses without duplicating work.
📂 Upload multiple files at once
Add multiple documents, videos, audio, or interactive files in one go to speed up course creation.
🧱 Organise content with flexible course structure
Create modules, drag and drop items, reorder content, and group learning into clear, logical pathways for learners.
⚠️ Manage retiring content inside your course
See when items in your course are scheduled to retire and get suggested alternatives, helping you keep courses up to date without surprises.
📝 Preview course structure, metadata, and imagery before publishing
Preview how your course will appear to learners, including its structure, metadata, and course card image, before going live.
