Go1 Learn represents our evolution from MyGo1 to a more dynamic, intelligence-driven platform. This migration happens in phases:
Learner Experience: Learners transition to Go1 Learn first, gaining access to the new homepage and content discovery tools
Admin Functions: Admin capabilities transition gradually throughout 2025, with both experiences accessible during the transition

Will I be able to use both MyGo1 and Go1 Learn during the transition?
Yes, admins and managers will have the ability to switch between MyGo1 and Go1 Learn until all the core functionality you need is available in Go1 Learn. This gives you time to become familiar with Go1 Learn while still accessing MyGo1 for functions that haven't yet been migrated.
Admins will see a banner at the top of the screen in both Go1 Learn and MyGo1 to switch between them. This is not shown to learners.
How will my users access Go1 Learn? Will login credentials change?

User login credentials will remain the same. If your organization uses SSO, this will continue to work seamlessly. Users can continue to visit your regularly URL and will be redirected, until you choose to update any links in your system or documentation to learn.go1.com for a smoother experience

No. The transition is designed to be seamless with no service interruption. Both platforms will run in parallel during the transition period, with user data synchronized between them.

Yes, your entire content library will be available in Go1 Learn. No manual migration is needed for your existing content.

Once you have the Auto Add All toggle enabled in MyGo1, you and your learners will see all content available in Go1 Learn. To disable this toggle, you will need to return to MyGo1.

Yes, the ability to upload and manage custom content will be available in Go1 Learn in late 2025. Until then, you can continue to manage custom content in MyGo1 while using Go1 Learn for other admin functions, and any content you upload in MyGo1 will be available for learners in Go1 Learn, excluding Events which are not supported in Go1 Learn. Any customers who rely on their learners accessing Events will remain on MyGo1.

Course creation will be available in Go1 Learn in late 2025. Until then, you can continue to use MyGo1 to do this, and courses and awards will be visible in Go1 Learn.
For the smoothest learner experience, to share links direct to courses and awards outside of Go1, copy the share link from inside Go1 Learn (not MyGo1).

Instead of a static welcome message, Go1 Learn will offer Content Spotlight (available later in 2025) as a more effective way to highlight important content to your learners.
