Upcoming Go1 IP Address Change

Updated today

Go1 is updating the IP addresses used by our systems. If your organisation uses firewall allowlists, API integrations, or webhooks that connect to Go1, you will need to update your configuration before Tuesday 26 May 2026 to avoid any service disruption.

Who does this affect?

This change may affect your organisation if you have any configuration that relies on Go1 IP addresses being recognised or trusted by your environment — including, but not limited to:

  • Firewall or network allowlists that restrict traffic to Go1 IP addresses

  • API integrations connecting your systems to Go1

  • Webhooks that send or receive data from Go1

Not sure if this applies to you?

Check with your IT or technical team — they will be able to confirm whether your environment has any Go1 IP allowlisting in place.

Not your area?

If you are not responsible for managing your organisation's technical configuration, please forward this article to the relevant person in your IT or technical team.

What's changing?

Go1 is adding the following new IP addresses to our infrastructure. These need to be added to your allowlist:

54.66.63.79
13.237.185.31
54.79.82.99
54.73.246.253
18.202.187.18
63.34.252.228
3.12.138.156
18.220.157.74
3.17.171.135
13.210.186.184
3.104.45.181
13.237.196.62
34.251.104.234
3.255.10.106
34.254.3.234
3.147.19.120
3.23.32.97
3.150.139.140

What you need to do

1 - Review your current allowlist

Check your firewall or security configuration for any IP allowlists associated with Go1 services. This may be managed by your IT team or network administrator.

2 - Add the new IP addresses to your allowlist

Add all of the new IP addresses listed above. Do not remove existing Go1 IP addresses yet — both old and new addresses will remain active during the transition period.

3 - Confirm changes are in place before the cutover date

Ensure all IP address updates are applied to your environment by Tuesday 26 May 2026 to avoid service disruption.

4 - Remove legacy IP addresses

From Monday 1 June 2026, you can safely remove or update any legacy Go1 IP addresses from your allowlist.
