You can export courses and items created in your portal as SCORM packages. You can then upload these packages to your external HRIS or LMS. The exported package contains the Go1 Player. It does not contain the original uploaded media file.
Before you begin
You must be an admin.
The SCORM integration setting must be enabled for your portal.
Only published content can be exported.
Export content as SCORM
Open the Created by us table.
Select the checkboxes beside the published courses or items you want to export.
Use the export action above the table to export the selected content as SCORM.
Go1 will send the SCORM packages to you via email.
Open the email and download the files on your device.
Note:
Unpublished courses and items cannot be exported.
The SCORM export does not export the original uploaded media file - the export packages the learner-facing Go1 Player experience so the course can be played in another LMS
