Syncing Content with your HRIS/LMS

A guide to syncing content between Go1 and your HRIS/LMS

Customers who are integrated with one of our partners can seamlessly sync content from their Go1 Library to their HRIS/LMS system.

Sync content from Go1

To sync content from your Go1 portal, simply:

1. Login to your Go1 portal as an Admin or Content Admin to search, explore or use AI Assistant.

2. Add content to the Library using the book icon on individual items, or choose "bulk select" to add all on the page with the "Add to Library" button that will appear after selecting some or all.

3. Navigate to the Content Library page to view the contents of your Library which is synced into your HRIS/LMS

  • Some integrations will require Admins to action the sync by clicking the ‘sync’ button in the top right side corner of the Content Library page.

  • Depending on your partner integration, your content will either be synced immediately, or you will see a notification letting you know when your content will be available in your partner system.

Optionally opt in to be notified via email of forthcoming retirements from the Content Retirements page.

All items that are in your Go1 Library will be synced with the partner system, you do not need to select individual items.
