We're incorporating these tools into our products – which will allow our customers to achieve more while freeing up more of your teams' time to focus on learning.

Here’s what you should know about Go1 AI offerings and our commitment to fairness and transparency.

Ethical AI Development

We prioritize the development of AI technologies that adhere to ethical principles, ensuring our products benefit our customers without causing harm.

Bias Mitigation

We avoid or discontinue the use of Azure OpenAI models that are shown to be biased. Go1 provides the ability for customers to provide feedback to Go1 when concerns are raised about the use of AI within our products.

User Privacy

Protecting user data is paramount. We implement robust data security measures and respect user consent in data collection and usage.

Personally identifiable information (PII) should not be shared by a user through AI Chat tools; however, if a user does share, such data will be processed but not retained beyond what is technically strictly necessary.

Azure retains a record of inputs and outputs to its OpenAI models for a limited period of up to 30 days, for the sole purpose of monitoring for abuse and preventing the generation of harmful content. Security

  • As part of being a Go1 customer, your data is encrypted per our standard Go1 secure data policies.

  • We use Microsoft Azure’s cognitive services for generative AI use cases. These models are provided by and managed within the Azure environment and are configured to not further share your data. Read more about data, privacy, and security for Azure OpenAI Service here.

Transparency

Transparency is the reasonable public disclosure, in clear and simple language, of how we responsibly develop and deploy AI within our products. Transparency is a central component of our relationship with our customers.

Transparency includes the disclosure of our data collection practices, accountability processes, general disclosure of how data and AI are used in Go1 services, and external and internal feedback mechanisms to report concerns.

We engage in ongoing research to stay at the forefront of AI, and we’re committed to adapting our products to evolving market standards, and user expectations. We keep a close eye on the legal landscape and follow all relevant legislation and regulatory developments on specific use cases, as well as voluntary guidelines and standards.
