How to Download Account Statements and Expense Summaries

Managing your financial reports is essential for tracking expenses. Follow these steps to easily access and manage your data.

Access the Billing Tab

First, log in to your Go1 account, go to the top right corner, and click on your profile icon. In the dropdown menu, select "Integrations," then navigate to "Go1Pay Learning budgeting & spending" and proceed to the "Billing" tab.

Download Reports

In the Billing tab, you can view and download different types of reports such as "Top-up Receipts," "Expense Summaries," and "Statements."

Top-up Receipts

Here are the records of funds deposited into your Go1Pay balance. You can click the "View" button next to the Top-up you would like to review to display a full invoice in your web browser.

Expense Summaries

Monthly expense reports include all purchases made in your portal. Click the "View" button next to the desired month to download an expense summary CSV file containing all transactions for that month, and each transaction includes a link to download the associated invoice.

Statements

Statements include all debit and credit transactions of your portal. You can download them as a CSV file or view them directly in your web browser.
