The AI assistant helps you find relevant learning content through conversation. Instead of filtering through thousands of courses yourself, you describe what you need. The AI assistant then searches, recommends and explains why each option fits.
The AI assistant is powered by technology partner Go1, which provides the content library and AI capabilities behind this experience.
How the AI assistant finds content
When you describe what you're looking for, the AI assistant:
Searches the content library using your criteria, along with signals like keywords, enrolment data and ratings
Recommends 3–5 options that best match your request
Explains why each recommendation fits (you can ask for this at any time)
It may ask follow-up questions to refine the search. For example, it might ask who the content is for, what the learning goal is, or whether you prefer a particular duration, format or provider.
The AI assistant only recommends content that is currently available. It automatically excludes content that is retiring or has been retired.
AI-generated recommendations may not always be complete, accurate or suitable for your particular needs. Please review recommendations and use your own judgement before relying on them.
💬 Example prompts to try:
"I need leadership training for new managers in manufacturing"
"Find compliance content for our finance team, beginner level, video only"
"Show me communication skills content under 30 minutes, rated above 4 stars"
💡 Tips for better results
Be specific about your audience. Mention the role, level or industry to get more relevant content.
Share your constraints early. If you need content under 20 minutes or from specific providers, include that in your first message.
Refine as you go. Ask follow-up questions or request alternatives if a recommendation doesn't fit.
What if the AI assistant can't find what I need?
If there's no exact match, the AI assistant explains why and offers to search with different criteria.

What AI models power the AI assistant?
Our technology partner Go1 uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock to power the AI assistant. Both are used in private, enterprise-grade environments. Your data is not made available to other customers and is not used to train AI models.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Go1 doesn't use your inputs, the responses you receive, or your organisation's learning data to train AI models. Neither Azure OpenAI nor AWS Bedrock uses this data to train or improve their models either.
Azure OpenAI keeps inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring only, then deletes them. AWS Bedrock doesn't store or log prompts and responses.
What information does the AI assistant use?
To give you relevant, in-context responses, the AI assistant may use the information you provide in the conversation and may use limited information available inyour learning environment, such as the content available to your organisation.
How is my data kept secure?
Your data is encrypted in line with Go1's secure data handling standards, which apply to all AI-powered features. For details on how your organisation's data is handled, refer to your applicable privacy policy or contact your support team.
Responsible AI
Go1 is committed to developing AI that is ethical, fair and transparent. This means:
Accuracy and accountability: evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and reliability, and acting on concerns when they arise
Bias mitigation: monitoring outputs for bias and taking action when issues are found, including discontinuing models or approaches that don't meet the standard
Transparency: being clear when you're interacting with AI, how data is handled, and what you can expect
Ongoing compliance: monitoring AI regulation and industry standards globally, and adapting practices as requirements change
Share feedback
Use the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons in the chat to share feedback on recommendations. If a response doesn't look right, reporting it helps improve accuracy and relevance over time. Feedback is not used to train AI models.
For questions about your personal data, your privacy rights or the use of the AI assistant, please refer to the applicable privacy policy or contact your organisation's administrator or support team.
⚠️ Important: Never share personal information, sensitive data, passwords, financial details or confidential business information with the AI assistant.
