How to Complete the Stripe Migration for Go1Pay

As part of our transition from Adyen to Stripe as our new card issuing provider, all Go1Pay Admins must complete the Stripe onboarding process by May 30 to ensure uninterrupted service.

This guide walks you through each step required to complete the migration and continue using Go1Pay with the new Visa Business Debit Cards.

What’s Changing?

  • We're changing our banking parter from Adyen to Stripe.

  • This will also allow us to move from from pre-paid Mastercards (Adyen) to Visa Business Debit Cards (Stripe).

  • This brings faster top-ups, wider acceptance, and improved user experience.

  • A short KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required to activate your Stripe account.

Steps to Complete the Stripe Onboarding

Step 1 – Log In as Admin

Ensure you are logged in with an Admin account to access the required settings.

Step 2 – Navigate to Integrations

From your account dropdown (top-right corner)

Step 3 – Select Go1Pay

Under Integrations, click on Go1Pay.

Step 4 – Start the KYC Process

On the Go1Pay Setup tab, you’ll see a yellow banner titled:
“We are currently transitioning to another card provider.”

Click the "Complete KYC here" button.

This will launch Stripe’s onboarding wizard.

Step 5 – Complete Stripe’s Onboarding Wizard

Stripe will request information to verify your organization and directors. This process is similar to what you previously completed with Adyen.

Step 6 – Reallocate Your Funds

Once onboarding is complete:

  • Go1 will return any remaining funds from your Adyen balance.

  • You will then receive instructions on where to deposit new funds into your Stripe account to resume using Go1Pay.

🛑 Deadline: May 30

To avoid disruption to your team’s learning access, please complete this process no later than May 30.
