How to Review Go1Pay Transactions

As an Admin, you have access to the Transactions tab in the Go1 Admin section, which allows you to manage and review transactions across the platform. This guide explains searching for specific users and viewing all their transactions.

Accessing Your Go1Pay Account

Once you are logged in to your Go1 account, go to the Go1 Admin menu of your main app. Look for your initials in the top right corner. Look for a tab called "Go1 Admin" and click on it.

Locate the Go1Pay Section

In the Go1Admin section on the left side of your screen, select Go1Pay.

From the dashboard, locate and click on the "Transactions" tab in the navigation menu.

On the Transactions tab, you'll find a search bar. Enter the name of the specific user you wish to search for.

Once you enter the user’s information and press Enter, the system will display a list of all transactions associated with that user. This includes every transaction the user has made, regardless of date or type.

You can further refine the results by using the date range filters to narrow down the transactions you want to review.

Admins can see all transactions made by the user they search for. This ensures that you have complete visibility into the user's activity.

Regularly reviewing employee transactions is essential to managing your organization’s operations. Following these steps ensures that all activities are in compliance with your internal policies and are handled efficiently. This feature will help you manage your team’s growth and learning effectively.
