How to Load Funds into Your Go1Pay

Go1Pay offers a convenient way to manage transactions and payments within the Go1 platform. To fully utilize its features, users need to ensure their wallets are adequately funded. This guide outlines the steps to load funds into your Go1Pay wallet, ensuring seamless transactions and uninterrupted access to Go1’s services.

Accessing Your Go1Pay Account

Once you are logged in to your Go1 account, go to the Integrations menu of your main app. Look for your initials in the top right corner. Look for a tab called "Integrations" and click on it.

Locate the Go1Pay Section

In the Integrations section on the left side of your screen, select Go1Pay Learning budgets & spending.

Now, click on the “Payment Methods” tab

Top up via Bank transfer.

Next, you'll be able to top up via bank transfer; please note that this feature is only available after you have successfully completed the KYC process.

During your KYC process, you were asked to add a bank account. Go1Pay only accepts bank transfers from this account that you previously authenticated. In case you forgot which account you validated, the last 4 digits will be shown when you click on “Top up via Bank Transfer.”

Select Top-Up

After selecting the “Top Up Via Bank Transfer” button, a pop-up will display the bank transfer details, including the last four digits of your bank account number associated with your Go1Pay account.

Confirming the Transaction

Please note that in order to complete the transaction, you will need to use the details displayed in the pop-up screen once you click on “Top Up via Bank Transfer”.

Important Note:

The bank details provided on the platform are for your reference only. You must initiate the bank transfer from your own bank account (e.g., using your bank's app, online banking, or by visiting a branch).

No funds will be transferred directly through the platform.

Steps to follow:

  1. Copy the bank details shown in the pop-up.

  2. Log in to your bank account (online or via app) or visit your bank branch.

  3. Initiate the transfer to the provided bank details.

Additionally, ensure you send the transfer using the same bank account registered during the KYC process. Remember, it's the bank account with the last 4 digits as shown above.

Once you're confident everything is correct, proceed to confirm the transaction.

Completing the Transaction

Once you've completed the transfer through your bank, return to the platform and select the button "All done" shown above. Your funds should be available in your portal wallet within 24 hours.

Review funds

To check for your funds, you can review them in the “Billing” tab next to “Payment Methods.”

In this section, you will see the details of the proof of transfer.

Following these simple steps, you can easily load funds into your Go1Pay wallet, ensuring uninterrupted access to Go1’s services and seamless transaction experiences.

A Few Questions You Might Have

1. Can I make a top-up without completing my KYC process?

No, you must complete your KYC process before you can make a top-up. This is necessary to verify your account and ensure compliance with regulations. If the KYC process is not yet completed or if verification is still pending, the button will be “disabled,” and you won’t be able to proceed with a bank transfer.

If the button is disabled, please return to the Setup tab to either complete the KYC process or check if the verification has been finalized.

2. What happens if I use a different bank account for the transfer?

If the bank account used for the transfer doesn’t match the one registered during your KYC process, the funds won't be credited to your portal wallet. Always use the bank account that you registered in your KYC, as shown on the platform.
