How to Load Funds into Your Go1Pay

Explore the ease of loading funds into your Go1Pay with this simple guide.

Go1Pay offers a convenient way to manage transactions and payments within the Go1 platform. To fully utilize its features, users need to ensure their wallets are adequately funded. This guide outlines the steps to load funds into your Go1Pay wallet, ensuring seamless transactions and uninterrupted access to Go1's services.

Accessing Your Go1Pay Account

Once logged in to your Go1 account, head over to the Integrations menu of your main app. Look for your initials in the top right corner. Look for a tab called "Integrations" and click on it.

Locate the Go1Pay Section

In the Integrations section on the left side of your screen, select Go1Pay Learning budgets & spending.

Click on the "Payment Methods" tab.

Top up via Bank transfer

Next, you'll be given the option to top up via bank transfer.

During your KYC process, you were asked to add a bank account. Go1Pay only accepts bank transfers from this account that you previously authenticated. In case you forgot which account you validated, the last four digits will be shown when you click on "Top Up via bank transfer".

After selecting the "Top Up" button, you will see the following message with the corresponding details:

Confirming the Transaction

Please note that in order to complete the transaction, you will need to use the details shared in the pop-up screen once you click on "Top Up via Bank Transfer". Additionally, you must send the transfer using the same bank account used during the KYC process. Remember, its last four digits should also be shown in that modal.

Once you're confident everything is correct, proceed to confirm the transaction.

Completing the Transaction

Once completed, select "All done," and your funds should be available within 24 hours.

Review funds

To check for your funds, you can review them in the "Billing" tab next to "Payment Methods."

In this section, you will be able to see the proof of transfer details.

Following these simple steps, you can easily load funds into your Go1Pay wallet, ensuring uninterrupted access to Go1's services and seamless transaction experiences.

Why is the "Top up button via bank transfer" inactive?

If the KYC process has yet to be completed or verification is still pending, the button will be "disabled."

If it's disabled, you must go back to the Setup tab and review their KYC.
