Whether you’re developing new skills or completing mandatory training, accessing learning items in Go1 is designed to be straightforward and intuitive. This guide walks you through the process of accessing and launching your assigned learning content as a learner in Go1.

Step 1: Log Into Your Go1 Portal

  • Open your organization's Go1 portal link in your web browser. (ie. yourportal.mygo1.com)

  • Enter your username and password.

  • If you have Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled, click the SSO option and follow your organization’s authentication process.

Step 2: Locate Your Learning Items

  1. Homepage

    • Once logged in, you’ll land on your dashboard, your learning "home base."

  2. Learning Page

    • On the main navigation menu on the left-hand side, click ‘Learning’.

    • This section lists all your courses, learning items, and training assignments.

Step 3: Access Learning Items

  • In the ‘Learning’ section, you’ll find your assigned, in progress, saved, and completed learning items.

    • Learning items may include courses, standalone learning, or awards, depending on how your organization has set things up.

    • Click the title of the learning item you want to access.

Step 4: Launch the Learning Item

  • Once inside the learning item, you’ll see a start or continue button.

  • Click ‘Start’ (or ‘Continue’ if you've previously accessed it).

  • The learning activity will load in your browser. Follow the prompts or navigate through modules as required.

Step 5: Track Your Progress

  • Your progress is automatically saved as you work through each section. However, for certain items such as documents, videos, or links, you may need to manually click the "Complete" button on the right-hand side. This requirement can vary depending on the specific settings for each video or link resource.

  • You can exit and return at any time; your completion percentage will be displayed next to each learning item.

Step 6: Completion and Certificates

  • Once all requirements are met, the item will be marked as ‘Complete’ in your ‘Learning’ list.

  • You may download your certificate by clicking the "ribbon" icon. Your certificate will be downloaded straight to your device.
