Launch Checklist

You have now completed the setup of your portal and are ready to launch Go1 within your organisation. As you prepare for launch, here’s a checklist to ensure you have everything covered:

  • Verify your Company Logo is accurate

  • Verify the Go1 notifications are either on or off

  • Draft and Send Your Pre-Launch Communications

  • Test SSO access or that your User List has been uploaded

  • Select launch content to spotlight on the homepage

  • Confirm any desired content preferences have been selected

  • Confirm additional niceties:

    • Group creation and members

    • Playlists published for “Curated by” section of homepage

      • Additional user data uploaded

    • Bespoke content is tested and published
