Launch Checklist

You have now completed the setup of your portal and are ready to launch Go1 within your organisation. As you prepare for launch, here’s a checklist to ensure you have everything covered:

  • Confirm SSO testing or that your User List has been uploaded

  • Check that your content preferences and homepage look the way you want.

  • Make sure your internal announcement is ready – email, Slack, Teams, whatever you're using, ensure it’s all ready to go.

    • Pro-tip: Verify the Go1 notifications are either on or off

  • Confirm additional niceties:

    • Group creation and members

    • Additional user data uploaded

    • Bespoke content is tested and published
