You can download a transcript of your progress within a specific award. The award transcript is a PDF that includes each learning item, its delivery method, credits earned, categories, completion date, and pass status. This is useful if you need detailed proof of your learning for CPD (continuing professional development) evidence or compliance records.
Download an award transcript
Select Learning from the left menu.
Open the award you want the transcript for.
Select Download award transcript in the top-right corner of the award detail page.
The transcript downloads as a PDF. It includes your name, email, the export date, your total credits, and a table listing every learning item in the award.
What the award transcript includes
The award transcript PDF contains a row for each learning item with the following details:
Learning resource: The name of the course or external learning record.
Type: The type of learning (for example, course, learning record).
Delivery methods: How the learning was delivered (for example, online, in-person).
Categories: Any categories assigned to the learning.
Credits: The number of credits earned for that item.
Completion date: When the item was completed.
Pass: Whether the item was passed.
Any external learning records you've uploaded to the award are included in the transcript alongside platform-based learning.
Award transcript vs. learning record
Go1 Learn offers two types of downloadable records. Which one you need depends on what you're looking for.
Award transcript
A focused record of a single award. It includes award-specific details such as credits, delivery method, categories, and pass status. Use this when you need detailed proof of learning for a specific program, such as CPD evidence or compliance documentation.
Learning record
A complete history of all learning you've completed across Go1, not just a single award. It includes the learning resource name, module, provider, duration, and completion date. Use this when you need a broad overview of your full learning history.
To download your learning record:
Select Learning from the left menu.
Open the Completed tab.
Select Learning record in the top-right corner.
Your learning record includes external learning records and awards alongside standard course completions, but it does not include award-specific metadata like credits or delivery methods.
Good to know
When your award transcript is available depends on the award's goal type. For Track ongoing learning awards, you can download the transcript at any time to see your progress so far. For Reach the target awards, the transcript is only available after you've completed the award.
Both transcripts download as PDFs and include your name, email address, and the export date.
External learning records you've added to an award appear in both the award transcript and your overall learning record.
