How to Troubleshoot Common Course Access and Completion Issues on Go1

If you are experiencing issues accessing or completing courses on Go1, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve these problems. Below, we outline common issues and their solutions to help you get back on track.

Common Course Issues

Users may encounter the following issues while accessing or completing courses on Go1:

  • Getting a content access error or warning upon launch

  • Immediate log-out after starting a course module

  • Difficulty accessing course content due to pop-up blockers or permissions

Troubleshooting Steps for Course Access Issues

If you are unable to access a course or are logged out immediately after starting a module, try the following steps:

  1. Clear Browser Data: Clear your browser’s cache, cookies, and browsing history to ensure no outdated data is causing the issue.

  2. Switch Browsers: Try accessing the platform using another supported browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Using an incognito mode is highly recommended to help determine whether the issue persists.

  3. Change Networks: Try accessing the course from a different internet network, such as switching from corporate Wi-Fi to a home network or mobile hotspot.

  4. Check Device: We offer two types of content: mobile‑optimized and non–mobile‑optimized. This information is usually visible in the course preview. If you do not see the label ‘Optimized for a mobile experience,’ the course is only supported on laptop or desktop devices.

Troubleshooting Steps for Course Completion Issues

If the completion does not trigger, try the following steps:

  1. Log Out and Log Back In: Log out of the Go1 platform, then log back in, and try accessing the course again from your "In Progress" tab.

  2. Disable Pop-Up Blockers: Ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled in your browser settings, as they may prevent course content from loading.

  3. Complete All Required Parts: Ensure that all the required sections of the course are completed to avoid further issues. Pay attention to clickable items and avoid skipping.

  4. Ensure that the required assessment score is met.

Additional Tips and Resources

  • Always use the latest version of your browser to ensure compatibility with the Go1 platform.

  • If the issue continues after following the steps above, you can contact your portal administrator (for learners) or reach out to Go1 support (if you're an admin) for further assistance.

By following these troubleshooting steps, you should be able to resolve most course access and completion issues on Go1.
