To send a 'reset password' email for a learner locked out of their account, follow these simple steps:
- In your Portal, navigate to your name in the top right corner of screen and select 'Administer' in the drop-down selection.
- Select 'Users' in the tabs . Once learner has been found, hover mouse over their name.
- Then , select the downward pointing arrow to view selection and chose 'Send password reset ' .
