To send a 'reset password' email for a user locked out of their account, follow these 6 steps:
In your Portal, navigate to your name in the top right corner of screen.
Select 'Administer' in the drop-down selection.
Select 'Users' in the tabs
Once user has been found, hover mouse over their name.
Select the downward pointing arrow to view selection.
Select 'Reset password'
The user will now receive and email with prompts on how to reset their password. Ensure their email is correct in their profile.
