To send a 'reset password' email for a user locked out of their account, follow these 6 steps:
- In your Portal, navigate to your name in the top right corner of screen.
- Select 'Administer' in the drop-down selection.
- Select 'Users' in the tabs
- Once user has been found, hover mouse over their name.
- Select the downward pointing arrow to view selection.
- Select 'Reset password'
The user will now receive and email with prompts on how to reset their password. Ensure their email is correct in their profile.
