How to change my password
Updated over a year ago

As a Go1 user, you can change your password while logged in, or you can request a password reset if you cannot access your account. Changing your password is your security against unwanted access to your Go1 account.

Here's the step-by-step guide to changing passwords.

Password requirements

  • Your password must contain at least one letter and be at least 8 characters long.

  • The password must not contain common words, e.g. password.

  • We recommend using a combination of upper and lower case characters, numbers and special characters, for example: @#$%&).";!?^

While logged in

  1. Select your avatar from the top navigation of the Go1 Platform.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings

  3. From the Account Settings page, input your new password, and confirm your password by inputting it again

  4. Scroll down to the bottom and select Save

Congratulations, your password has now changed! You will receive an email notification to confirm this change. No action is required from the email.

I can't log in

  1. Navigate to your Go1 Platform's login page, for example, https://example.mygo1.com.

  2. Select the button Forgot your password?

  3. Enter your email address associated with your Go1 account into the field provided

  4. Select Send reset link

  5. Check your inbox for an email from Go1, containing a link to login.

  6. Select the link within the email to access your Go1 account

  7. Input your new password, and confirm your password by inputting it again

  8. Select Save password

All done - your password has now changed! You will receive an email notification to confirm this change. No action is required from the email.

Important Note: The link in your email is only valid for 24 hours. If the link has expired, try sending it again. Check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't come right away!
