When Can a User Cancel a Go1Pay Request?
Pending Approval:
If your request is still waiting for manager approval, you can cancel it at any time. After Approval:
Even if the manager has approved your request, you still have the ability to cancel it, provided it hasn’t been processed yet.
The cancellation option empowers you to maintain control and flexibility over your requests throughout the approval process.
Here’s what to do:
Log in to your Go1 account.
Navigate to your submitted Go1Pay requests.
Locate the request you wish to cancel.
Choose from the options
Click "Complete Request."
