Exporting User Data in Go1 (MyGo1)

This guide shows portal administrators how to download user information from Go1.

This feature allows administrators to export user information from the MyGo1 platform. You can customize which user fields to include in your export, filter for specific users, and download the data for reporting or analysis purposes. The exported file can also be modified and reuploaded to update user information in bulk.

How to Export User Data

  1. Click "Administer" in the navigation menu

  2. Select "Users" from the options

  3. Use the "Filter" function to select whether you want to export active or inactive (deactivated) users.

  4. Click the "column selection" icon to choose the specific fields you want to include in your export report

  5. Select users to export by:

    • Clicking the checkbox beside individual user names, or

    • Clicking the top checkbox to select all users

  6. Click the "Export" button to download your user data

  7. Your exported file will be emailed to your inbox directly.

Note: This view is applicable to the New User Management Page (UMP) only.


Once downloaded, you can modify each user's details and reupload to update information in bulk. Please check our user import article to learn more about this process.
