As a MyGo1 user, you can change your password while logged in. Changing your password is your security against unwanted access to your Go1 account.
Here's the step-by-step guide to changing passwords.
Password requirements
Your password must contain at least one letter and be at least 8 characters long.
The password must not contain common words, e.g. password.
We recommend using a combination of upper and lower case characters, numbers and special characters, for example: @#$%&).";!?^
Steps to Change Your Password within the portal.
Select your avatar from the top navigation of the Go1 Platform.
From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings
From the Account Settings page, input your new password, and confirm your password by inputting it again
Scroll down to the bottom and select Save
Congratulations, your password has now changed! You will receive an email notification to confirm this change. No action is required from the email.
