Endorse content to guide learners to trusted resources

Help your learners identify organization-approved content by endorsing courses, playlists, and awards that meet your standards.

Updated this week

Note: Endorse is available for Premium Essentials and Premium Pro customers.

Use endorsing to highlight content your organization officially approves.

Content types you can endorse

  • All content types from the Go1 catalogue (not your own organization's content)

What learners experience

Learners see the Endorsed by your org badge on content cards throughout their Go1 Learn experience:

  • Search and Chat results

  • Across recommended content

  • Inside Playlists you have created, or those from the Go1 catalog

Learners can filter search results to show only content your organization endorses, helping them quickly find approved resources without scrolling through the entire catalog.

Endorsing vs. other content promotion features

Endorsing flags Go1 content as organizationally-approved across all discovery methods—search, AI chat, recommendations, and browsing. Use it for content that meets your specific organizational context and relevance standards, especially where there may be many differing schools of thought.

Spotlight promotes content on the learner home page, including both your custom content and external learning materials that align with strategic initiatives. Spotlights are designed to change often, to promote seasonal content for your team. Learn more about highlighting seasonal content here.

Featured content showcases learning materials your organization has created -playlists and courses designed specifically for your team's context. You probably won't update these all the time, just when organizational context like your values or competencies change. Learn more about featuring your own curated content here.

Each feature serves a different purpose in guiding learners. Endorsing creates lasting approval signals, Spotlight creates urgency, and Featured content highlights your expertise. Together, these features ensure learners discover both foundational organizational content and timely learning opportunities in the places most likely to be found.
