Updated today

Using MyGo1? If you're still on our legacy platform, see How to Create a Request in Go1Pay (MyGo1).

With Go1Pay, you have the freedom to buy learning resources from almost anywhere across the globe.

Requesting Your Learning Resource with Go1Pay

Once logged in, you’ll arrive at the Go1 Learn homepage. Start by clicking on the Wallet button.

You’ll enter your Wallet section, click “New Request” to begin.

A pop-up window will prompt you to enter the URL of the item you’d like to buy. Add the link, then click “Next.”

Now, fill out your request:

1. Price: Review the provider’s site for the accurate price and currency, and factor in any additional charges like shipping, taxes, or currency conversion. This ensures your virtual debit card covers the full amount.

Tip: For currency conversions, it’s recommended to add a buffer of at least 8% to your initial purchase request amount. For example, if the resource costs 100 USD, you should enter 108 USD to cover possible conversion fluctuations. Any leftover funds will be credited back to your wallet and can be used for future purchases.

2. Private Request: You can choose if you want your request to be "private, "meaning it won't be shared on the company feeds.

3. Subscription: If it’s a subscription, select monthly or yearly.

Budget Tip: Double-check your budget for subscriptions! If there aren’t enough funds, the subscription may be canceled.

Once you submit your request and click “View Request,” you’ll see its status marked as “Waiting for approval.” Someone at your company will review the request. Once it’s approved, we’ll create your virtual prepaid debit card so you can complete your purchase on the provider’s website.

Just use your Go1Pay card there like any debit or credit card. Need help? Check our article “How to use my Go1Pay card.

Track your requests by selecting “Wallet” then either “All” or “Subscriptions.”

We hope this makes your Go1Pay journey smooth and successful. Happy learning!
