You can see how many learners have enrolled in each piece of content and track their completion progress. The Content Report shows you enrollment numbers, completion percentages, and recent activity for every course and resource in your organization.
You'll need Manager or Administrator permissions to view the Content Report.
Access the Content Report
Select Reports from the left menu
Select the Content tab
You'll see a list of all content with at least one enrolment in your organization, with one row per course or resource.
Understanding the Content Report
The Content Report shows the following information for each piece of content:
Content title: The name of the course or resource
Enrolled learners: Total number of learners who have enrolled
Completion rate: Percentage of enrolled learners who have completed the content
Last enrolled: Most recent date a learner enrolled in this content
Last completed: Most recent date a learner completed this content
Note: The report shows parent-level content only. For courses with multiple items, you'll see data for the course as a whole rather than individual items within the course. For awards, clicking the relevant row will take you to the next layer of items inside the award.
