MyGo1 will be fully retired by December 31st 2026. After that date, MyGo1 will no longer be available and you will no longer see an option to switch back from Go1 Learn.
Go1 Learn is now the default platform for all customers. Most customers have already moved their learners to Go1 Learn; the final step is bringing all administrator and manager work into the same experience before MyGo1 is no longer available.

Depending on your plan, you can manage your logo, banner, player image and accent color in Portal Branding. You can also manage core settings, integrations and learning workflows from the Go1 Learn admin experience. This includes enabling SSO directly from the Settings.

Start exploring Go1 Learn now
Use Go1 Learn for the admin work you do regularly. Begin with People, Groups, Assignments and Reports. This is the best way to spot a workflow question while there is still time to resolve it.
Follow the messages we send you
Between now and December, you will receive emails and in-product guidance. If your organization needs to take a specific action, such as enabling SSO again or updating a Content Admin’s role, we will ensure you receive updates on these specifically.
Go1 will handle eligible assignment transitions for you
If your organization uses MyGo1 group assignments or recurring auto-reassignments, Go1 will recreate eligible workflows in Go1 Learn. You should not need to rebuild them manually. We will tell you when your organization is scheduled to move across to Go1 Learn and will let you know when it is complete. You can then use Assignments with all your data over in Go1 Learn.
Move fully to Go1 Learn
As the retirement date approaches, messages will become more action-focused. By 31 December 2026, complete your remaining checks and use Go1 Learn as your standard experience. After MyGo1 is retired, the switch-back option will no longer be available.

Eligible group assignments and recurring auto-reassignments through the managed migration process.
What may work differently
Go1 Learn is focused on continuity for the workflows customers rely on most, but it is not a one-for-one copy of MyGo1. Some settings, page designs and legacy customizations will change. For example, self sign-up will be managed through a simpler Go1 Learn experience, and custom branding will live inside the portal rather than on the old login page.

What you can do now
Until MyGo1 retires, administrators and managers can continue switching between MyGo1 and Go1 Learn. Use Go1 Learn for more of your day-to-day work now, so your team is familiar with it before MyGo1 is no longer available.
Confirm your primary Go1 administrators.
Start using Go1 Learn for everyday admin work and explore People, Groups, Assignments and Reports.
Review your saved MyGo1 links and save where necessary.
Review your saved reports from MyGo1 and easily recreate these in Go1 Learn. Use our one-click templates for common reporting needs, or describe the report you need in plain language to our AI Report Builder that will build this report for you, where you can save for continued use.
(If applicable) Plan a short learner communication if your learners are not already using Go1 Learn to support their transition with the resources provided.
(If applicable) Complete any SSO reconfiguration, LTI content changes, role or access permission action if you were sent communication about any of those items.
Review migrated group assignments and recurring learning when Go1 tells you your transition is complete.
Complete any targeted actions needed if we send specific communications to you.
Your Customer Success Manager will let you know if your organization needs to take any additional action before MyGo1 retires. Alternatively you will receive direct communication from Go1 if any transition items apply to you.
