Go1 Learn is the new way forward for managing, delivering and tracking learning. It brings learning and administration into a simpler, more modern experience designed to make content easier to discover, learning easier to manage and improvements easier to deliver.

MyGo1 will be retired on 31 December 2026. After that date, MyGo1 will no longer be available and you will not be able to switch back from Go1 Learn. We recommend starting your preparation and everyday work in Go1 Learn now.

No. If your organization is in scope for the MyGo1 retirement, Go1 Learn will become your standard Go1 experience. The steps you need to take may vary depending on your setup. We will use email and in-product messages to tell you about actions that apply to your organization.

No, the move is designed to avoid service interruption. During the transition, you can start using Go1 Learn while the final migration steps are completed. If a scheduled activity affects your organization, we will tell your administrators what to expect.

Yes. Existing users, groups and their information are available in Go1 Learn. Groups that were maintained by selecting individual users become static groups. Groups that used automated membership rules become dynamic groups.

Your content library, learner history, progress and completions remain available in Go1 Learn. Existing learning records and credentials remain available, so learners should not need to restart learning because of the move.

For affected customers using MyGo1 group assignments or recurring course auto-reassignments, Go1 is planning a managed transition into Go1 Learn. Eligible group assignments will be recreated as Go1 Learn assignments targeted to the relevant group. Eligible recurring auto-reassignments will be recreated as repeating assignments. You will not need to rebuild these workflows manually. Go1 will preserve existing timing, due dates and repeat schedules.

Go1 Learn can automatically assign required learning when new users join a group, when users are re-added to a group, or when an assignment is updated. Repeating assignments can also support recurring learning requirements. The exact result depends on the assignment settings you choose.

Learners should continue to use their existing login method. If your organization uses single sign-on, an administrator or IT owner may need to enable SSO again in Go1 Learn. We will contact affected organizations with the required steps. You can also follow this guide.

Go1 Learn is introducing a simpler sign-up page for organizations that allow learners to create their own accounts. Administrators will manage sign-up from Global Settings. Required learner information will be based on your User Field Settings, and supported portal branding can be used depending on your plan and setup.

The Go1 Learn approach uses a shared Go1 domain rather than a unique *.mygo1.com sign-up address for each organization. It focuses on the core sign-up workflow and will not recreate every MyGo1 customization. The URL is redirect so you don't need to do anything. Simply save your Go1 Learn access links and share where necessary.

The Go1 Learn sign-up experience is not planned to include custom sign-up background images, custom terms or privacy copy, custom welcome copy, custom sign-up titles or descriptions, a preview state, custom sign-up email templates, alternative login URLs or after-logout redirect URLs. If you are affected by this we will be in contact with you advising you of next steps.

If you use SSO, SCIM, Data Feed, domain restrictions or another controlled access method, confirm compatibility with Go1 Support before enabling self sign-up.

Not unless Go1 contacts you or you are ready to review your setup. If your organization relies on learner-created accounts, check your User Field Settings and note any access restrictions you need to preserve. We will provide an update when the Go1 Learn sign-up experience is ready for your portal.

After migration, existing MyGo1 links will redirect to the matching Go1 Learn page where an equivalent page exists. If there is no equivalent destination, the learner may be taken to the Go1 Learn homepage. Redirects give you time to update your links, but they are not permanent. Start with high-traffic, compliance-critical and learner-facing links.

Use the People page in Go1 Learn instead of the MyGo1 User Management page. Content Admins will no longer be able to manage people after MyGo1 is retired. If a Content Admin must continue managing people, a current Admin should update that person’s role to Admin.

Use Assignments to assign learning to people or groups. You can use fixed, rolling or no due dates, choose enrolment behavior and schedule learning. Repeating assignments support recurring learning requirements

Go1 Learn includes reporting templates and an AI Report Builder to help you create useful reports faster. Saved MyGo1 report configurations are not recreated automatically, so review the reports you rely on and save new versions in Go1 Learn.

Yes. Depending on your plan, you can add your organization’s logo, banner and accent color from Settings > Portal Branding. Existing logo and accent-color settings are expected to carry across where supported. Custom branding on the old login page will not continue, but branding remains available inside the Go1 Learn experience.

Yes. In Go1 Learn, go to Content > Create Course > Add Item > Create Quiz, then create a quiz with one question.

Go1 Learn is designed as the long-term experience, so some workflows are being improved, replaced or retired instead of recreated exactly. If a workflow is business-critical, contact Go1 Support and explain how you use it, how often, how many learners are affected and any compliance or deadline impact.
