Clicking "config" next to the filter button will bring up various other options to present data. The default setting for reports is "Table" which displays all data in an easy to read tabular format. Other options include:
Calendar - data requiring dates can be selected in order to highlight easy to read information on date specific occurrences (eg. course completion, course start date etc).
Histogram - data represented in a histogram
Pie Chart - custom data displayed in a pie chart
Bar Chart - custom data displayed in a bar chart
Stats - Statistics on desired fields such as results, progress.
Pivot Table - Customisable table format which can display numerous desired values
