Managing events via reports

This is useful when you need to manage all of the events in your portal.

To manage Events, you need to:

  • Navigate to the Administer page

  • Select Events

In the Events tab you will see:

  • Course: The course name which contains the event, select the course name to get to course overview page.

  • Event title: Select the event to get to Event overview page

  • Date/Time: The start date, end date of the Date

  • Location: The name of location

  • Module: Learning Item

  • Attendee limit and number of attendees


In the tab Events you will be able to :

Add more columns to the data table by selecting Config

  • You should be able to add Address, Country, State, City, Postal Code, Course Cost, Remaining (seats) on Display modal

Or filter events by

  •  Course, Module, Event Title, Date/Time, Location, Address, Country, State, City, Postal Code, Course Cost, Instructors, Limit, Attendees, Remaining, Tags, Authors, Assessors
