Managing events via reports

This guide shows you how to access and manage all events in your portal.

Accessing the Events Tab

  1. Navigate to the Administer page

  2. Select Events

The Events tab, by default, shows the following information:

  • Course - The course containing this event (click to access the course overview)

  • Module - The specific learning item

  • Event Title - Name of the event (click to view the event details)

  • Date/Time - When the event begins and ends

  • Location - Where the event takes place

  • Limit - Maximum number of allowed participants

  • Attendees - Current enrollment count


In the tab Events you will be able to :

Add more columns to the data table by selecting Config

  • You should be able to add Address, Country, State, City, Postal Code, Course Cost, Remaining (seats) on Display modal

You can filter the events using any of these criteria:

  • Id , Course ,Module ,Event Title, Date/Time, Location, Address, Country, State, City, Postal Code, Course Cost, Limit, Attendees, Remaining, Tags, Authors, Assessors
