Overview gives administrators and managers a clear place to understand current learning activity and move into common tasks. The information and actions you see are based on your role and access.
Before you begin: You’ll need Administrator or Manager access to view Overview.
Admins see alerts and metrics for Your org
Manager-only users see alerts and metrics just for Your team
At a glance metrics
The metrics you see depend on your role.
Engaged learners
The number of unique learners who completed at least one learning activity during the selected period. Each learner is counted once, even if they completed several activities.
New enrollments
The number of active, non-archived enrollments created during the selected period. This includes assigned and self-directed learning.
Completion rate
The percentage of active, non-archived enrollments created during the selected period that are now completed. This includes assigned and self-directed learning.
For example, if 100 enrollments were created and 40 are now completed, the completion rate is 40%.
Overdue learners
The number of unique active learners with assigned learning that is currently 1–90 days overdue. Each learner is counted once, even if they have multiple overdue enrollments.
Courses completed
The total number of course completions during the selected period. If one learner completes several courses, each completion is counted.
Manager-only users see this metric.
Review items that need attention
Administrators may see a Needs attention section when learners have recently overdue or upcoming assigned learning.
ℹ️ Select the close icon to dismiss an alert in your current browser for 7 days. Dismissing an alert does not change the learner’s assignment or due date.
The section does not appear when there are no matching learners or all current alerts have been dismissed.
Review your team
Managers can use the team section to open the profiles of people who report to them.
Administrators who are also managers see a collapsible Your team summary. It shows their number of team members and any overdue learning.
Manager-only users see a Team members section with a link to view everyone they manage.
Start common tasks
Use Quick actions to begin common workflows directly from Overview.
Administrators can:
Assign learning.
