OpenAI Academy brings practical AI learning to your organization through Go1. Before the content becomes available in your portal, an authorized administrator needs to accept the OpenAI-specific data-sharing terms on your organization's behalf.
Who is OpenAI Academy content available to?
OpenAI Academy is available to customers on Essential Select, Premium Essentials, and Premium Pro. You need to be an authorized administrator to give consent. Learners cannot accept on behalf of your organization.
If you use Essential Select, you must also add the content you choose to your library before your learners can access it. These items count toward your existing library limit.
Enable OpenAI Academy
Sign in to Go1 Learn as an authorized administrator.
Open Search and navigate to the OpenAI Academy under Popular categories.
Review the data-sharing terms and select the consent checkbox if you agree.
Select Get access to OpenAI content.
After your consent is saved, Go1 provisions access to the content.
Once provisioning is complete, you will find the OpenAI Academy content available to you.
Consent applies to your organization's portal. Other administrators in the same portal do not need to accept again.
If you do not accept, OpenAI Academy content remains unavailable to your portal. You can return to the consent step later if your organization decides to proceed.
What are you consenting to?
By accepting, you allow Go1 to share the following information with OpenAI:
Your organization's name.
Aggregate enrollment and completion information for OpenAI content, including totals and a completion rate.
No personally identifiable data is shared with OpenAI.
Go1 already provides content partners with anonymized, aggregated reporting on how their content performs. For OpenAI, the additional opt-in allows us to associate OpenAI-specific aggregate learning activity with an organization’s name.
OpenAI does not receive learner names, email addresses, learner profiles, identifiable learner-level activity, broader Go1 usage, or activity outside OpenAI content.
OpenAI will not use the shared data to train its models.
Allow time for access to become ready
After your consent is saved, Go1 prepares access to the content. Once access is ready, you can open the Academy page and explore the available content.
This can take up to 20 minutes.
If the content is still unavailable after 20 minutes, contact Go1 Support for help.
