Deleting Event Date (MyGo1)

Delete a date from an event, and what happens to attendees, on our legacy platform.

Important:

  • We don’t recommend deleting a Date if there are attendees booked into your Date already.

  • Deleting a Date would delete attendances in deleted Dates.

How to delete event dates?

  1. Edit the Event which contain the Date

  2. There is a Menu option under more Action on each Date card.

  1. Select the delete button

  2. Select Yes Delete on the pop-up modal and show the Event edit screen without deleted Date.
