You might be logging into the wrong portal.

Have you recently been assigned some learning but can't seem to remember how to login / are having troubles logging in? Here's a little guide to get you back on track.

Wrong Portal

One of the most common issues you may run into is that you are trying to login to the wrong portal EG: This portal is the Go1 main portal, if you have been assigned a course by your company or training provider, you will need to login to their specific portal URL. It's best to reach out to your L&D Manager/HR/Admin to find your company portal.

Resetting your Password

If you are unable to login through your company URL, try resetting your password while on the correct portal. This can be done by using the "Forgot Password" link on the sign in page. Once you have filled in your details you will receive an email with instructions on what to do next.

NOTE: This link is only valid for 24 hours. If the link has expired, try sending it again. Check your spam if it doesn't come right away!

Single Sign On (SSO)

If you are using Single Sign On (SSO - meaning you have the same login details through your company that provides access to all software), it will allow you to login to Go1 the same way as you login to your other software within the company. To use this, ensure you're on the correct portal EG: Company X = and click "Login with my Identity Provider". 

NOTE: Do not use the forgot password link if you use Single Sign On (SSO). Your password is handled internally by your company. If you are experiencing issues with your Single Sign On, please contact your L&D Manager / HR / or whoever provided you with access in the first place.
