Completion certificates play a crucial role in the educational journey of a learner. They help recognise achievement, boost credibility, encourage engagement, and support career growth.
Go1 completion certificates can be accessed from within the Go1 Player or inside the Completed tab in Go1 Learn.
To access certificates from the Go1 Player, complete a piece of content and click on Certificate or 'View or share certificate'.
If you completed the content in a previous session, you can return to the Go1 Player at any time to download it.
To access certificates from Go1 Learn, open the Learning section, click on the Completed tab, and then click the Medal icon to download a copy.
Custom certificates from content providers
Some content providers issue their own certificate when a learner completes a course. If a custom certificate appears during the course experience, the learner should download it at that time.
After the course session ends, learners can still access their Go1 completion certificate from the Go1 Player or the Completed tab in Go1 Learn. Custom certificates shown by the content provider may not be available to download again from Go1.
