Morgan updates focus on helping learners act on learning from the tools they already use every day. These updates make it easier to find, plan, and complete assigned or recommended learning in Slack and Microsoft Teams, without needing to start from the learning platform.

June 24th - Morgan Digest is now conversational
Learners using Morgan now get a more natural, personalised learning digest they can respond to directly in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Here's what's new:
Conversational learning digest
Morgan now explains what needs attention in more natural language, with personalised guidance based on the learner's context.
Learners may see updates when new learning has been assigned, learning is due soon or overdue, or recent progress is worth summarising.
Learners can reply to the digest to ask follow-up questions, decide what to focus on, or ask Morgan to help them take action.
Morgan only sends a digest when there is useful learning activity to summarise, so learners are not sent a generic update on a fixed pattern.
Learners can also ask Morgan to schedule learning time or save content for later when they are not ready to start.
June 24th - Schedule learning time with Morgan
Learners using Morgan can now schedule time to complete learning directly from the chat.
Here's what's new:
Calendar scheduling from learning recommendations
When Morgan recommends a course, learners can ask to block time, choose when it should happen, and add it to their calendar.
Morgan creates a calendar block with the course title, time, and learning link included.
Learners can ask for time later, specify a time and duration, and confirm which course they want scheduled.
Morgan generates an Add to Outlook link and an ICS download, so learners can add the learning time to their calendar.
Morgan does not need additional calendar permissions for this feature and does not read calendar availability.
