Using custom notifications to assist learners access the portal

In this article, you will learn how to create custom notifications in assisting learners who are having issues logging in.

Go to ADMINISTER > USER > click on the said user > click on SEND NOTIFICATION

Draft your notification using the two highlighted tokens.

The user will receive an email in which the link will bring them directly into their page. They may make changes to their password in ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
