Once your account has been successfully created by your portal administrator, you will receive a welcome email to join the Go1 Learn through your registered email address:
Notes: Some Go1 portals have a slightly different design for the welcome email. If you are unsure if an email you receive from Go1 is legitimate, please contact your Learning and Development or IT teams for assistance before clicking on any links.
2. Click on the "Set password" button to create a new password to your portal for the first time.
Note: The set password link is valid for 24 hours. If you miss this window, navigate to the Go1 Learn directly, enter your email address, and follow the "Forgot Password" instructions. If this link needs to be shared to others the direct password link is: https://app.go1.com/password/reset .
**Your password must contain at least one letter and be at least 8 characters long. Password must not contain common words, eg, password. We recommend using a combination of upper and lower case characters, numbers, and special characters (e.g. @#$%&).
