Creators at Go1 can access our Content Insights feature, where you can understand how your content is performing over time.
Through this, Creators can understand:
Who is consuming their content (unique users)
How much are those people consuming the content (time spent learning)
What that means in terms of commercial outcomes (revenue)
Overview
The month and year picker allow creators to view both their recent and previous month's performance. Minutes and user information is updated at the start of each month - and revenue will be calculated and displayed by the 15th of each subsequent month.
Content Provider Monthly Trend Charts
Creators can see revenue trends over time - with a rolling 12-month view of all of their content. The default view of the charts will show the 12 months up till the last complete month. Revenue is calculated and displayed on the 15th of the subsequent month. The data can be exported to CSV by clicking the download icon at the top of the module.
Learning Resource Trend Charts
Creators can see all the learning resources they have published in Go1 and the total number of enrolments, completions, and minutes for each. Each line can be expanded to show a 12-month view of the consumption trends. The data can be exported to CSV by clicking the download icon at the top of the module.
Learner Feedback Summary
Creators can see the feedback from Go1 Learners who have consumed their content. The feedback shows the aggregate likes and dislikes from learners who consumed their content during the selected month.
How do I export the data from Content Insights?

How do I look at data from a different month?
Creators can change the month view of the data by using the month picker at the top of the page. Click on the date to open the drop-down and select the month and year. Creators can choose a month. The dashboard view defaults to the last complete month.
