This is a integration guide for setting up Go1 and Employment Hero integration

Overview

Employment Hero is Australia's first all-in-one HR, Payroll and benefits platform for employers and employees.

Implementation process

  • Go1 platform setup:

    • If you do not have a Go1 portal; ask your Go1 Implementation Project Manager.

    • If you have asked Employment Hero to setup the integration; Employment Hero team will create a Go1 platform for you.

  • Admin account is created:

    • A Go1 account executive or Go1 Implementation Project Manager should will an admin account for you during the implementation process.

  • Content access

    • A Go1 account executive or Go1 Implementation Project Manager will ensure the content is shared with your platform as per your contract with Go1.

  • Go1 portal notification

How do accounts get synced within the Go1 platform and Employment Hero instance?

Once the integration is set up successfully between the Go1 platform and the Employment Hero instance the user accounts from Employment Hero are created on the Go1 platform.

If a new account is created on the Employment Hero instance after the integration is on; the account gets automatically created on the Go1 platform.

If an existing account is removed/deactivated from the Employment Hero instance; the respective account won’t be deactivated automatically. An administrator on the Go1 platform can deactivate the account.

How to list Go1 content under the “Learning” section on Employment Hero?

When content is assigned to a user account on the Go1 platform; the content becomes available against that user’s profile on Employment Hero.

How to assign content to one user and to a group of users?

Once content from the Go1 content library is assigned to a user; that content will be listed under the “Learning” tab on the Go1 portal.

  • Assign content to individuals: refer to the “Assign by one” section

  • Assign content to all users on the Go1 portal: refer to “Scenario 2 · Assign learning outside a Group” within the “Assign in bulk” section

  • Assign specific content to selected users: refer to “Scenario 1 · Assign learning to a Group” within the “Assign in bulk” section

Can I connect a Go1 platform with multiple Employment Hero instances?

No.
A Go1 platform can only be connected to one Employment Hero instance.

Will a Go1 Playlist or Awards appear in EH?

No.
Only content of types - Course, Interactive, Document, Link, Video, and Text will appear on the Employment Hero instance.
