Go1Pay is a pre-funded learning budget management and wallet solution offered within Go1’s platform (currently available to Go1 customers based in the UK and mainland Europe (excluding Switzerland, Africa, and the Middle East).
Go1Pay is meant to simplify managing learning budget programs and empower employees to take control of their learning and development with pre-funded cards and intuitive admin controls.
How does it work?
1. Activate and allocate: After entering some company information, admins can allocate budgets to employees who receive virtual prepaid cards to spend on approved learning resources (books, certifications, courses, conferences).
2. Requests and approval: Employees identify relevant learning opportunities and submit purchase requests to their manager for approval (or a centralized reviewer). You can customize request thresholds so the process moves as smoothly as possible.
3. Insights: Admins can track, analyze, and control budgets and employee spending with built-in reporting and analytics.
4. Social learning: Organizations unlock unique views into learning trends and can encourage knowledge sharing through activity feeds.
Can I use Go1Pay?
Go1Pay is currently available for Premium Pro and Premium Essentials Go1 customers who use the Go1 platform in the UK and mainland Europe (excluding Switzerland, Africa, and the Middle East).
