Find content with Search

Search, filter, sort, preview, and compare learning content in Go1 Learn.

Go1 Search helps you find learning content that matches your goals, audience, and organization needs. Use keywords, filters, sorting, and preview details to compare content before you enroll, assign, or add it to a playlist.

Search by keyword

  1. Open Search in Go1 Learn.

  2. Enter a keyword, phrase, skill, or learning goal.

  3. Review the results.

Go1 Search uses keyword matching and semantic search. This means it can return relevant content even when the exact words in your search do not appear in the course title.

For a specific title or phrase, use quotation marks. For example, search for "Social Engineering" to prioritize exact title matches.

Refine results with filters

Find beginner, intermediate, advanced, or all-level content.

Filter by content type, such as course, video, article, or assessment.

Region

Find content relevant to a specific geographic region.

Topic

Browse content by topic or category.

Language

Find content available in one or more languages.

Language dialect

Find content in a preferred accent or regional language variant.

Mobile-friendly

Show content that can be used on mobile devices.

Compliance

Show content identified as compliance-related or non-compliance-related.

Rating

Find content with learner ratings at or above your selected threshold.

Minimum WCAG level

Find content marked as WCAG 2.0 AA or higher, WCAG 2.1 AA or higher, or WCAG 2.2 AA or higher.

Accessibility features

Find content with closed captions available, transcripts available, or screen reader compatibility.

Industry

Find content mapped to one or more industries.

Last updated

Find content updated in the last 6 months, last 12 months, last 2 years, or more than 2 years ago.

To apply a filter:

  1. Select Add filter.

  2. Choose the filter you want to use.

  3. Select one or more options.

  4. Review the updated results.

You can combine filters to make results more specific. For example, you could search for leadership content, then filter by Industry, Duration, and Rating.

Sort results

Use Sort by to change the order of your search results.

Most relevant

Shows content Go1 identifies as most relevant to your search.

Top enrolled

Shows content with the highest number of enrollments.

Recently updated

Shows content sorted by most recently updated.

Highest rated

Shows content with the highest learner ratings first.

Latest

Shows the newest content by creation date first.

Alphabetical

Sorts results from A to Z.

Use AI suggestions

When you search, Go1 may suggest related skills based on your query. Select a suggested skill to add more context and narrow your results.

You can also use the AI assistant to describe what you need in plain language. For example:

  • "Find compliance content for our finance team."

  • "Show leadership training for new managers in manufacturing."

  • "Find communication skills content under 30 minutes and rated above 4 stars."

Preview content before selecting it

Click a result to preview more information the content before you enroll, assign, or add it to a playlist. Depending on the content, the preview may show:

  • Title and description.

  • Content type and duration.

  • Provider.

  • Language and available translations.

  • Skills.

  • Learning outcomes.

  • Learner ratings.

Tips for better results

  • Use specific keywords, such as cybersecurity for remote workers instead of security.

  • Use quotation marks when searching for an exact title.

  • Combine filters instead of creating a very long search query.

  • Use the Last updated filter when you want recently refreshed content.

  • Use the Industry filter when content needs to fit a specific sector.

  • Preview content before assigning it to confirm it suits your learners.
