July 22 - Better filtering for ratings and a feedback timeline
We've added improvements to the existing Content Insights. Here's what's new:
📎 Filter by highest and lowest average ratings
In a selected time period, Admins can now see which content had the highest or lowest average rating. To do so, navigate to the new tab menu on the content table. The existing option to see which content received the most ratings is still available. Each filter shows a top 10 list to give admins an easy snapshot.
🕘 Feedback comments timeline
Under the content table, admins can now see a list of feedback comments from learners in their organization. It shows the most recent comments first. It shows the last 30 comments, so admins always have automatic visibility of the freshest feedback data.
To see feedback or ratings for a specific piece of content, admins can use the Search. feature and Feedback tab.
June 19th – Clearer navigation to Go1 Learn
We've improved the way you discover and access Go1 Learn from MyGo1, making it easier to understand when and why to explore the new experience.
Here's what's new:
🧭 Smarter Go1 Learn discovery You'll see contextual guidance about Go1 Learn that matches your role and your organization's migration status. This helps you understand exactly what Go1 Learn offers for your specific needs and when it makes sense to explore.
June 12th - Learner comment insights
We've added a suite of new features to the existing Content Insights. Admins can click into any content to find them - from Insights or anywhere on on Go1 Learn.
Here’s what’s new:
📊 Compare Sentiment Reasons
Admins now have access to a new 'Feedback' tab when previewing content. This shows the average star rating from their organisation, as well as the reasons their learners have selected. Next to this is a benchmark - showing average star rating and reasons across all Go1 customers.
🔍 Learner Feedback Comments
On the same 'Feedback' tab, Admins can see all the comments from learners at their organization. Together with the star rating and reasons, this provides an up to date and comprehensive review of all courses.
✨ AI-Powered Summary
When there are three or more learner comments, Admins will see a helpful AI summary which condenses the variety of feedback into a short takeaway, including suggested improvements.
May 9th - Co-branded Go1 Learn
We’ve added your organization logo alongside the Go1 logo to the navigation of Go1 Learn (formerly known as Go1 Admin) to help better orient your learners in the experience.
Here’s what’s new:
📸 Your logo in the navigation
Upload your logo (We recommend 200px by 200px, square 1:1 ratio and less than 1 MB size for best performance) in MyGo1 under Settings > Theme and customization for this to appear in Go1 Learn.
This option complements our existing branding touchpoints in Go1 Learn's Curated by [Your organization] section
April 4th - Content feedback insights
We've added more star rating features. New content visibility for Admins!
Here’s what’s new:
📈 12-Month Trendline
Admins can now easily level up from the existing monthly or quarterly view by seeing average star rating over the trailing 12 months. This is a quick visual health check to contextualise more detailed insights below.
🥇 Most Rated Content
Admins can gain insight about what content is receiving the most star ratings across different time periods. For each piece of content, they can compare their organization's average star rating with the industry benchmark. One click from this table can save content or help Admins find alternatives.
⭐️ Highlight Cards
When content has an especially low or high average rating from three or more learners, we show a highlight card to admins. They can preview or save the content from the card, to help them decide what to do next.
🔎 Discover More
To give Admins extra curation inspiration, we've added info about which premium content providers their learners are enjoying the most. With one click, they can find more content from any of these providers. There's also a list of the top rated content in their industry, which can be saved with one click.

February 6th - Improved CSV and SCORM & CSV Export
We’ve launched a more reliable and efficient way to export content data—making admin tasks faster and easier.
Here’s what’s new:

All CSV-only and SCORM+CSV exports now use our upgraded export service, which supports both full library and partial content exports. It’s faster and significantly more stable than our previous system.
