View and analyze learning activity across your organization from the Reports section. Track assignment progress, learner activity, content performance, and legacy assignments from MyGo1.

Your role determines what you can view in Reports:
Managers see data for their direct reports only. This includes any assignments you created, learners you manage, and content those learners have accessed.
Content Admins and Administrators see all learning activity across the organization. You can view all assignments, all learners, and all content performance.
View reports
The Reports section includes two tabs, each focused on a different view of your learning data: Learners and Legacy Assignments. From the Assignments page, you can view reports for all assignments created in Go1 Learn, and see progress by learner and by content.

We're actively developing additional reporting capabilities for Go1 Learn:
Assignments tab: Progress overview for all new assignments
Content tab: View all enrolments by content
These features are planned for upcoming releases - see the roadmap for more information or reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
In the meantime, you can track progress on assigned learning from the Assignments page and can continue to view and filter enrolments in MyGo1.
Assignments
Via the Assignments page, track and manage assignments created in Go1 Learn. View completion progress, identify overdue learners, and drill down into individual assignment performance. Use this to monitor compliance programs, onboarding cohorts, and recurring training. More information on assignment reports here.
Legacy Assignments
View assignments created in MyGo1 before your migration to Go1 Learn. These assignments work differently from Go1 Learn assignments - they're grouped by learning item and due date. Use this to maintain historical records and track older programs still in progress.
Learners
See all learners in your organization with high-level activity summaries. View how many assignments each person has, their self-directed learning, completion rates, and overdue items. Select any learner to see their detailed learning history. Use this when supporting individual learners or reviewing team member development. More information on learner reports here.
Common actions across reports
Every report includes tools to help you work with the data:
Filter to focus on specific subsets—by status, date range, assignment type, or other criteria depending on the report type.
Search to quickly find specific assignments, learners, or content.
Export to download data in a CSV for analysis in your preferred tools or to share with stakeholders. Exports reflect your current filters and permissions.
Share report views and applied filters with colleagues who have access to the same data.
