How to View and Edit Inactive Users

This article guides you through viewing and editing inactive or blocked users using the NEW user management experience.

What Are Inactive or Blocked Users?

Inactive or blocked users are individuals who no longer have access to your Go1 portal. This typically occurs in two ways:

  • An admin manually blocked the user.

  • The user was added via CSV import with a Status value of 0, which automatically marks the user as inactive during upload.


Why Can't I See Inactive Users?

By default, the user management report only displays active users. Inactive or blocked users won't appear unless you update the filter settings.

🔍 How to View Inactive Users

To locate and manage inactive users:

  1. Go to the Administer menu.

  2. Click on Users.

  3. Beside the Filter button, click the button "Satus Active"

  4. Change it from Active to Deactivated.

  5. Once the filter is applied, inactive or blocked users will be displayed in the list.


🔁 How to Re-activate an Inactive or Blocked User

To reactivate a user:

  1. Hover your mouse over the end of the user’s row.

  2. Click the three dots (...)

  3. Select Edit Details from the dropdown menu.

  4. Change the status to Active.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes

The user will now regain access to the portal as an active user.
